NutriCuerpo is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of personal and health information provided by individuals seeking or receiving healthcare services.

In connection with our healthcare services, we may collect health-related information, including medical history, medications, allergies, laboratory information, consultation information, treatment information, and other information necessary for our healthcare providers to evaluate eligibility for treatment and provide appropriate care.

Health information may be used or disclosed as permitted or required by applicable law for treatment, payment, healthcare operations, prescription processing and fulfillment, coordination of care, and other activities necessary to provide healthcare services. Information may be shared with healthcare providers, pharmacies, laboratories, and other service providers involved in a patient’s care when appropriate.

NutriCuerpo maintains administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal and health information against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. Access to patient information is limited to authorized individuals who require access to perform their responsibilities.

Our website and Shopify storefront are separate from our clinical medical-record and patient-care processes. The Shopify storefront may be used to purchase eligible non-prescription products and submit deposits for consultations. It is not used to conduct medical evaluations, issue prescriptions, or provide access to patient medical records. Health information collected during medical consultations, evaluations, or treatment is handled through our clinical processes and systems in accordance with applicable privacy requirements.

Depending on applicable law, patients may have rights regarding their health information, including the right to request access to or copies of their medical records, request corrections to certain information, request restrictions on certain uses or disclosures, and request confidential communications.

NutriCuerpo does not sell protected health information.

Patient medical records and health information are retained in accordance with applicable federal and Texas record-retention requirements.
